The annual blitz tournament will be held tonight at 21:30 in the main playing hall in Harpa.
The tournament will played with a 3+2 timecontrol i.e. 3 minutes for the game and a 2 second increment for each move. There will be 9 rounds and is open for everybody 18+. Minors will have to be accomanied by an adult preferably. The tournament although there are prizes is mostly a casual social gathering so the games will not be rated.
There is an entry fee of 2.000 ISK that must be payed in cash before the tournament. There is an ATM machine inside Harpa if that is a problem.
