The 2017 Reykjavik Open Pub Quiz was won by team GrandEllen comprising of Nils Grandlius and Ellen Kakulidis. Well over 20 teams were registered and the atmosphere was casual and fun as it should be. Nils and Ellen managed 25 correct questions in a tight race with the 2nd place teams getting 24 correct and several other teams very close.

Three questions were video questions so if you want to compare yourself to the winner, listen to Murray Head – One Night in Bangkok though the question (#11) doesn’t really require watching the video.
Question #20 was from Mr. Robot TV series. The protagonists were shown playing out a sequence which looks like this in the middle of it.
